We walk through the scope, deliverables, and investment together, clearly, without ambiguity, and without pressure. Meaningful chapters deserve thoughtful planning. Everything is confirmed before any commitment is made.

Planning
Mood boards, visual direction, wardrobe guidance, location ideas, and timeline planning, all shaped around your story before the session begins. This is where the chapter starts taking its form. Optional professional hair and makeup available.

Preparation
Thoughtful touchpoint emails as your session approaches, what to wear, how to prepare, what to expect, and how the day will flow. You arrive informed and at ease. Not wondering. Not guessing. Ready.

Finalization
A final review of the mood board, timing, and every detail, so nothing is left to chance. By the time you walk into your session, the work of preparation is already done. All that remains is to be present.

Session
This is where your chapter is preserved. Guided, trust-centered, and entirely at your pace. You do not need to perform. You do not need to pose for approval. We hold the structure so you can move freely within it, and we document what emerges with care.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as your chapter calls for it. Popular dates, particularly summer weekends, golden hour windows, and destination sessions, fill well in advance. For Life & Legacy farewell sessions, please reach out immediately. We will always do our best to make time.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes. We are based in Seattle and available worldwide. For sessions outside Seattle, we discuss destination pricing on your discovery and investment call. We have documented chapters in the mountains, on the water, and across the world. The world is your backdrop, let us meet you there.
Do you offer payment plans?
We understand that an intentional investment deserves thoughtful planning. Payment options are discussed during your scope and investment conversation, before any commitment is made.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life moves. We understand. Rescheduling policies are outlined in your experience agreement and handled with care. Reach out directly and we will find a path forward together.
How long does editing and delivery take?
We do not rush delivery. Your images arrive when they are right, fully refined, hand-touched, and worth the wait. Specific timelines are confirmed for your session type during the planning process.
