What Is the Vision Call?

The Vision Call is a complimentary, no-obligation conversation, up to one full hour, with Nicholas and Ashley, the creative team behind Eighth Square Studio. It is your dedicated time to talk through your goals, explore which session experience aligns with where you are right now, and ask every question you have before committing to anything. Whether you are a founder ready to refresh your brand presence, an individual stepping into a new chapter, an organization with an event worth documenting, or someone who wants to preserve a bond before time moves on, the Vision Call is where that clarity begins.



There is no pitch. No pressure. No checklist to rush through. Just an intentional, guided conversation designed to make sure that when we do step into a session together, every detail is already aligned.

What Happens on the Call?

When you book your Vision Call, here is what you can expect:

• We talk about your goals. You share where you are, what you are working toward, and what you want these images to do for you, in your brand, your life, or your story.

• We explore which experience fits. Eighth Square Studio offers four core session experiences: Brand & Presence, Confidence & Intimacy, Life & Legacy, and Wood & Water.

• We guide you through the whole process. From planning and concept development through the session itself and final image curation, you will always know exactly what to expect.

• Working with a photographer is a trust-based relationship. The Vision Call allows you to ask questions, and decide whether we are right creative partner for your chapter.

• The call is scheduled for a full hour, not because it always takes that long, but because we never want to rush what matters.

Who Will You Meet?

Nicholas is the lead photographer and creative director at Eighth Square Studio.

His background blends strategy and artistic intuition, and his approach on session

is to direct people, not poses. So the images that result feel authentic and elevated in equal measure.

Ashley leads studio operations, client experience, and partnerships.

Her background in healthcare and her certifications in yoga, meditation, and breathwork bring

a grounded, human-centered presence to every client relationship. She is particularly attuned

to creating space for clients who are neurodivergent or creatively wired, ensuring the process

feels supportive and fully aligned from the very first conversation.

Both Nicholas and Ashley join Vision Calls based on availability, and their combined perspective

ensures that every detail — creative and logistical — is considered before your session begins.
